The “Magic 12” Pharmacist Practice Assessment (PPA) program by Edge Plus is ideally designed to accommodate:

Pharmacy staff, managers, and owners who have extremely busy schedules and have no time to review all the assessment materials and resources.
Pharmacy owners and associates who have been away from daily dispensing for a while. and need a simple recipe to pass it with confidence.
Pharmacists who would like to sharpen their practice skills, expand their scope of practice, boost their communication, and professional judgment.

The program comprises 4 live classes (2 hours each, after working hours), conducted online twice weekly (live and recorded) in case you missed any class, plus self study hours. The practice assessment blueprint is focused on four specific performance indicators:

Patient Assessment and Interviewing
Therapeutic Decision-Making and Professional Judgment
Communication and Education
Documentation and Follow-up/Monitoring

Under each of those Specific Performance Indicators, there are “guidance” criteria that this preparation course will cover each and every one of them, or to assure full coverage of these 4 SPIs.

We will have four full-length drills on the four SPI’s using imaginary or real-life examples of an interaction starting from a new prescription, a refill prescription, and a medical check review, followed by appropriate decision-making, documentation, and finally communication, follow-up, and monitoring.
