Important Terms & Conditions:

• No Refund Policy: Refunds are not available for crash courses. For intensive courses, a 3-week cancellation notice is required, subject to a 10% non-refundable administrative fee. There is no refund or trial class policy for any Edge Plus programs once classes have begun.
• No-Show Policy: Due to the small group structure, if a participant fails to show up without prior notification (or repeats this more than twice during the course), a 50% make-up fee will be charged for re-attendance in the same or subsequent course wave.
• Access Upon Registration: Once payment is processed for any program or service, access to the study library is granted immediately. This access includes all handouts, videos, recordings, and program resources and is irreversible and non-refundable.
• Non-Downloadable Content: To ensure up-to-date materials and protect intellectual property, all resources are exclusively accessible online and cannot be downloaded.
• Cancellation Policy: The company reserves the right to cancel any class up to 7 days prior to the scheduled start date if the minimum group size is not met. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
