Ihab K. Dimian

Ihab is the Founder and CEO of Edge Plus, as well as the Program Director of the OSCE classes, with over 25 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical industry. He has successfully led teams and operations across multiple regions, including North America, Europe, and the Middle East, working with some of the world’s top 10 multinational pharmaceutical companies.

In 2015, Ihab founded Edge Plus Inc., a Canadian-licensed institution focused on the licensing and immigration of healthcare professionals (HCPs) such as pharmacists, doctors, and nurses. Under his leadership, the company achieved one of the highest satisfaction and success rates in its field. Ihab is also a registered pharmacist in both Ontario and British Columbia, Canada, and holds an MBA.

Having trained over 1000 students to date, Ihab is known for his ability to simplify complex subjects through effective communication, helping his candidates achieve success with smart, practical solutions. His passion for teaching, combined with his leadership and mentoring skills, continues to inspire and drive performance in all his endeavors.

A seasoned leader and entrepreneur, Ihab brings a wealth of experience in both business and education. He is also an avid soccer and chess player, applying strategic thinking and teamwork to both his professional and personal pursuits
