Important Terms and Conditions:
- Refund Policy: There is no refund for crash courses. For intensive courses, a 3-week cancellation notice is required, with a 10% non-refundable admin fee. No refunds or trial classes are available once a course has started.
- No Show Policy: To maintain the value of small group sessions, a 50% make-up fee applies for re-attendance in the same or next wave if there are two or more “no shows” without prior notice.
- Study Library Access: You will have access to the study library for one full year from the registration date. After one year, access can be renewed for $150 every six months.
- Immediate Access: Upon registration and payment, automatic access to the study library, including handouts, videos, and program resources is granted. Please note that this access is non-refundable and irreversible.
- Non-Downloadable Content: To ensure up-to-date materials and protect intellectual property, all resources are exclusively accessible online and cannot be downloaded.
