Important Terms and Conditions

• Refund Policy: No refunds for crash courses. For intensive courses, a 3-week cancellation notice is required before the start date, with a 10% non-refundable admin fee. No refunds or trial class options are available once classes begin.
• Attendance Policy: Small group sessions enhance course value. For “no shows” without prior notice, or if missed classes exceed two sessions, a 50% make-up fee will apply for re-attendance in the current or next course wave.
• Access to Resources: Once registration and payment are complete, access to our study library—including handouts, videos, recordings, and program resources—is automatic, unlimited, and non-refundable.
