- Refund Policy: No refunds are offered for crash courses. For intensive courses, cancellations must be made 3 weeks in advance, with a 10% non-refundable fee. No refunds or trial classes are offered once courses begin.
- Make-Up Fees: In cases of no-show without prior notice or more than two absences, a 50% make-up fee will apply for re-attendance in the same or subsequent course wave.
