The “Magic 8” program is ideally designed to accommodate:
- Pharmacy staff and managers have extremely busy schedules and have no time to review all the assessment materials and resources.
- Pharmacy owners who have been away from daily dispensing for a while. and need a simple recipe to pass it with confidence.
- Pharmacists who would like to improve their skills in Medcheck reviews, minor ailments, and expanded scope practices that both improve patients’ health outcomes and reflect positively on their professional lives.
The program comprises 8 classes (2 hours each), conducted online twice weekly for 2 weeks (live and recorded) in case you missed any class. The course blueprint will cover:
- The ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities to fulfill the work of a care plan pharmacist (CPP)
- Development and implementation of an individual patient care plan
- The proper knowledge and use of research
